Valentyn, Gosse, & Joshua handled my move quickly, safely, & professionally. They were also very kind and fun to chat with. And even though we needed the lift at one location, the move still finished under the estimated time. Even before the move, the administrative staff handled the paperwork to reserve parking spots from the gemeente (it was a holiday weekend, so I didn't want to chance it). This was my second time using SVS (the first was just to rent a lift to move furniture), and both times the service was fantastic & inexpensive. As long as I'm in Amsterdam, they'll be my first call.

My friends recommended me this company for moving. I've requested a move almost a week before the required date. Luckily, there was still an opportunity to do it. Querijn patiently looked at all the stuff I had and was very helpful when doing the estimation for the move. Lukas, Jakob and Bent arrived on time, quickly and carefully put everything into the van and in around 40 minutes were at my new apartment. Unloading was very quick too, they managed to do it faster than it was estimated. Very nice experience!

The planning and preparation process was very thorough. We had an online viewing beforehand to go through the details of the move, and the team provided helpful information about practical matters such as parking and packing materials. During the loading process, however, there was an issue where the trolley was not tightly secured, which caused some of my boxes to fall. This resulted in a few boxes being damaged and items being scattered. Overall, the preparation and communication were strong, but there is room for improvement in handling and care during the move.
