Relocate Cheaper

The assisted move by Stefano and Milas felt like a breath of fresh air after all the stress of preparing the move by ourselves. They kept calm while loading the truck, were very careful with all our things, super friendly and polite, even played some Olivia Dean (after asking if it was okay!) while the elevator transported everything of the balcony (so fast!!). It's my third time using this company in 10 years and have never been disappointed, 10/10 and bonus points for these guys ^

Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I will definitely use their services again the next time I move!

Student Verhuis Service were great. They organized a video call when getting a quote to go through all our furniture and boxes to get a better idea of how much space and time would be needed. They then offered the choice of a fixed price or an hourly rate with an estimated time. We went for the hourly rate and managed to get everything moved quite a bit faster – it definitely pays for you to have as much furniture already packed down and to have sensible boxes! They also did a great job loading up the large quantity of random loose bags and items, as well as delicate items like the TV. The movers were great and good at their job. Van was packed very neat and secure, and the moving lift was super helpful. They also applied for parking permits in Amsterdam on our behalf, to make life easier (but remember you must apply for that well in advance!) Would recommend!

I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better moving experience with Sid H and Tijs W. The move itself was fast, smooth and very professional. They handled my belongings carefully, and the whole atmosphere was relaxed and friendly from beginning to end. But what made the experience special for me was actually something much more deeper. I was moving into my new apartment in Ijburg alone, and I had expected the day to be lonely. INSTEAD, Sid and Tijs were so friendly, warm and easygoing that I genuinely felt like I was moving with two friends rather than with a moving corporate company; We talked, laughed, and they made what could have been a stressful and emotional day actually really enjoyable. At the end, when everything was inside my new home, I realized that I had spent my first moments there laughing and having a good time instead of feeling alone — and that is something I will never forget ❤️ Thank you Sid H and Tijs W from the bottom of my heart! We were more than happy with our move. Many thanks to the team of Sam R. and Bent I. in particular. They worked extremely efficiently – fast, smooth, while being friendly and very careful with our stuff. Furniture, boxes and even a huge palm tree – all delivered stress-free from one apartment on ground floor (through the windows) to the new one at the second floor (with the special lift). A special award goes to the company's online booking tool and further swift communication. Trasparent and quick, just like it should be.

They were friendly, professional, efficient and incredibly helpful. We managed to complete the entire move very quickly. They carefully transported and arranged all of my furniture and not a single thing was scratched or broken. They also helped me carry all of my belongings downstairs and bring everything into the new place. I had an urgent move and the company managed to arrange everything for me within just one day. I really appreciate how quickly and professionally everything was handled. Can definitely recommend this company to everyone 💯

Great experience with the Student Verhuis Service. Communication was easy at every point. They turned up on time and knew how to move our things efficiently. We were worried about a couple of things beforehand such as our steep stairs and narrow corridor but this was no problem. Overall we are very happy with how efficient and stress free our moving day was.

The students were on time and very professional, from estimating our move, sharing VERY helpful tips for moving before we packed, and lots of reminders so nothing took us by surprise. I will be calling them again for future moves!

I had the best experience with student verhuis service. Elias and Sybe, were extremely fast and helpful and made the whole moving day much less stressfull for me. They came on time and the whole process was well planned and they were both very efficient and careful with my belongings. They also helped me to disassemble the furniture at the old place and afterwards they put it back together at the new place (mind I say, that it's now even better assembled than it was before :D). I really appreciated that they created relaxed and easy going atmosphere through the whole day. I highly recommend the Student Verhuis Service and if I ever move again, I know where to call 🙂
